Sales conditions

This purchase contract is a distance sale contract in accordance with Legislative Decree no. N.185/1999. the contract relates to movable property, and is signed by Andrum SNC with registered office in Andria (BA), Via Spartaco, 50, PI 04110280726 and you ("Customer"). The contract for purchasing products is concluded directly by the acceptance of Andrum SNC of a purchase proposal, issued by the Customer by telephone, or electronically via the Internet, following the invitation to offer contained in our website and on the basis of the procedure described in Article. 2. These terms of sale, and in particular the information pursuant to Article. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. N.185/1999, as provided by Andrum SNC, reported to the customer on the phone and / or listed on the website, will remain effective  until they are changed by the  Andrum SNC. Any changes to the terms of sale will be effective from the date on which they will be notified to the public, and will apply to sales made after that date. The latest updated version of Andrum SNC’s terms of sale, is available on our website.

Prices of products  displayed on the website and / or through any other tool of distance selling, adopted by Andrum SNC, are to be considered VAT and all other taxes included. Delivery costs are indicated on the website and / or through any other distance selling tool adopted by SNC Andrum,  in case of order placed by the phone, they are communicated to the Customer by a representative of Andrum SNC. Delivery costs for orders placed on the website, will be calculated from time to time on the basis of items ordered and will be listed on the purchase order.

2.1 The purchase agreement is concluded by telephone through the communication to the customer that the proposal is accepted , when the customer has made by phone an offer to purchase, providing Andrum's representative with all data necessary for registering name and purchase order, and after choosing a method of payment among the ones in Section 2.3, that the proposal is accepted.

2.2 In the event of purchase proposals submitted through our websites, the customer will receive an e-mail summary from Andrum SNC, informing him that his proposal to purchase, it is being processed, and unless arranged otherwise by Andrum SNC, will be deemed accepted by e-mail or phone within three days starting from delivery of the e-mail summary.

2.3 The customer will be allowed to choose one of the following methods of payment: (a) in cash, to be made to the courier who delivers the product, or (b) by credit card, or (c) any other means of payment indicated as valid by Andrum Srl on its website.

Andrum S.N.C. Delivers products by trusted courier  and / or vectors within 30 days following the conclusion of the contract. Any claim may be lodged to Andrum  to the following address: Andrum SNC, via Spartaco 50, Andria (BA) - ITALY.

Andrum S.N.C. accepts orders for products within the limits of the quantities in stock. Therefore, the acceptance of an offer of purchase, is subject to stock availability.

Andrum S.N.C. agrees to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes.

The products purchased by the customer are covered by the warranty and assistance of the manufacturer or importer, as established by current legislation.

The Customer declares to be a consumer pursuant to Legislative Decree. N.185/1999 and to be of age, as well as the data provided by it are true and correct.

Andrum guarantees the quality of its service.

According to the LD 50 of 15.01.1992 is allowed, however, the right of withdrawal within 10 days from receiving the goods.

NB: A necessary condition for being able to exercise this right is the return of items  in their packaging, which must be perfectly intact  and without any damage to the product. INCLUDING ACCESSORIES AND TIES

The procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, is as follows:

The consumer must return within 10 days from receiving the product, the parcel, by registered letter with return receipt which must contain:

• Statement of willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal
• description of the product
• order number

Reimbursement of sums already paid is made no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of notice of withdrawal by the consumer.

Andrum refund the amount paid by bank transfer or paypal

Note: The refund relates only to the product price, in fact the shipping and delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

The customer's personal data are collected with the consent of the customer in order to register the same Customer and carry out the procedures for the performance of the contract, as well as for the necessary notifications. the confidentiality of such data is ensured by appropriate security measures in accordance with law. These data are processed electronically in compliance with applicable laws and may be disclosed to persons (including carriers, forwarders and banks) assigned to carry out the activity necessary to  perform the contract and only for this purpose or only upon request, to the competent judicial or other authority authorized by law to take such data.

Owner and responsible for  collection and processing of personal data is the Andrum SNC, via Spartaco 50 Andria (BA) - ITALY . The Customer has the rights referred to in Article. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003., and in particular may seek confirmation of the existence of his personal data at the Andrum SNC.; May know their origin, the logic and purpose of personal data processing; may obtain the update, correction and integration, to request cancellation, transformation in anonymous  data, block in the event of unlawful use; may oppose for legitimate reasons to their use. Andrum S.N.C. retain in its archives the documentation concerning customer’s eventual consent to Andrum S.N.C.  for sending advertising material and / or commercial information and to carry out market research and direct marketing activities.

Any dispute regarding the application, performance, interpretation and breach of the purchase contract is subject to Italian jurisdiction and will be settled by the Court of Trani, even if the customer is domiciled abroad.
